Welcome to Flow: Alarm Clock Care Wake App ("App").
These Terms of Use govern, together with the Privacy Policy, your use of the mobile applications (the ”Application”) and related services provided by GlowLife Apps (”Us”, ”We”).
By downloading the Application you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by continuing to use, you confirm and affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, do not use the Application.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the App. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Intellectual Property Rights
The Application and all related trademarks, logos, software, and other intellectual property rights are and shall remain our exclusive property. Your right to use the Application and its content is personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable. Any copying, republication, or redistribution of the Application or any of its content is strictly prohibited.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty
The App is compatible with Android devices running version 8.0 and above. The App's performance on devices with lower Android versions is not guaranteed.
The Application and all of its content are provided on an ”As Is” and ”As available” basis and We do not provide any assurances of the availability or usability of the Application.

4. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is," and we make no warranties regarding performance, accuracy, or suitability. We're not liable for damages from App use or inability to use it. We shall not be liable for any errors in any content or for any actions taken in reliance thereon. Furthermore, we shall not be liable to you for any interception of online communications, software, or hardware problems (including, without limitation, viruses, loss of data, or compatibility conflicts).

5. Subscription and Trial
Our app has an optional Flow Premium subscription.
A 7-day free trial period is available for new subscribers. Upon trial expiry, your subscription will auto-renew and convert to a paid subscription, unless canceled 24 hours before the trial ends.
The 1-year subscription price is $29.99.
The purchase will be charged to your Google account. Once you're a subscriber, you can manage your subscription from Google or on your Android unit after purchasing it, and you'll also be able to cancel the auto-renewing subscription from there. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. You can, however, cancel a subscription even after you've deleted the app. The subscription will auto-renew 24 hours before the subscription period ends, with the same kind of subscription you already bought, at the same price.
You may at any time terminate your membership, in which case your membership will still be valid for the subscription time you have already paid for.
Subscriptions on Google Play automatically renew. This means that at the beginning of each billing period (weekly, annually, or otherwise), your account will be charged until you cancel your subscription.

Important! If you delete the app, the subscription will not be canceled.

⦁ Find the subscription you want to cancel.
⦁ Click Cancel Subscription.
⦁ Follow the instructions.

Note. If the app you subscribed to is removed from Google Play, it will be automatically canceled. However, prior periods will not be refunded (subject to certain exceptions provided in this article and the Google Play refund policy).

6. Payment and Renewal
Upon subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fee. The subscription fee is renewed annually and charged automatically unless canceled before the current period ends.

7. Purchases & Cancellation Rights
If you have subscribed to any premium features or services within our app, you have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation process may vary depending on the app store you used to make the purchase (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). Please follow the respective store's instructions for managing your subscriptions.
Where you purchase from a third party: Certain o Flow: Alarm Clock Care Wake App is available for purchase from a mobile platform owner (e.g. Google) and/or will allow you to make an in-application purchase. Payment for such purchases may be processed by third parties who act on our behalf or directly by the mobile platform owner. European Union residents normally have a right to cancel online purchases within 14 days of making them. Please note and acknowledge: if you are a resident of the European Union and download a Flow App from a mobile platform owner (e.g. Google), you may not be able to cancel your order or obtain a refund. Please review the mobile platform owner’s terms in this regard before purchasing. This may also apply to subscriptions and in-app purchases. You can find further information on canceling orders and any associated refunds on the website of the third-party re-seller from whom you purchased the app (for example, the Google Play Market).
Canceling on Android (Google Play Store):
Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
Tap the menu icon (usually three horizontal lines) in the upper left corner.
Select "Subscriptions."
Find and tap on "Flow App."
Tap "Cancel Subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions.
Important Notes:
Canceling your subscription will prevent any future charges.
You will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for partial subscription periods.

8. Subscription Services.
Certain o Flow: Alarm Clock Care Wake App ("App").
on Google Play will allow you to obtain the benefit of the application on a subscription basis. Payment for such a subscription (which may be for example daily, weekly, monthly, tri-monthly, or yearly) may be processed in the application, by third parties who act on our behalf or directly by the mobile platform owner (e.g. Google).

9. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You won't engage in actions harming the App's functionality, and security, or infringing on others' rights. Use for unlawful, harmful, or unethical purposes is prohibited.

10. Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. These Terms may also be updated. Your continued App use after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
We reserve the right to, from time to time, in our sole discretion amend these Terms of Use. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use from time to time to understand the extent of changes. Your continued use of the Application constitutes your agreement to the amended and updated Terms of Use.
